Women will NEVER be equal to men!
Welcome to our eye-opening video where we challenge the notion of gender equality. In this thought-provoking discussion, we explore the dynamics of a family and societal norms to shed light on why women are, and will always be, superior to men.
Imagine a family with limited resources, where only one child can afford an education. Naturally, the parents prioritize the education of the boy, leaving the girl behind. Furthermore, as the children grow up, cultural practices demand exorbitant dowries for girls, perpetuating the belief that they are unequal to boys.
However, let's flip the perspective. In reality, parents strive to elevate the status of boys by sending them to school and securing their future. On the contrary, girls are sought after for marriage, often becoming the center of attention during the process. There might be an argument that women do all the house work after their marriag, which is true to a certain extent. But in reality, once financial independance is achieved, women dont have to work. Do you think Neeta Ambani is doing any housework? She is persuing her passion while Mukesh Ambani is still running the business. The Puranas & mythological stories also reveal how princesses possessed the ultimate authority to choose their partners.
As a parent, I am confronted with the same dilemma. While my son must study and work hard to become independent, my daughters can easily find suitable partners. Although some argue that both genders now work to support their families, consider who gives up their career first once financial security is achieved - usually the girl. Furthermore, when a family member announces a wedding, the focus often shifts to boy's ability to provide and take care of the girl, all the girl has to do be herself. The boys must always have something to prove they're good
It's time to recognize that the battle for equality is futile. Women are inherently superior, and it is their inherent qualities that make them exceptional. Join us in exploring these compelling arguments and challenging conventional beliefs. Together, let's embrace the undeniable truth: women will always be superior to men.

Why Hinduism is not a way of life?
Hinduism is the only religion that is not a way of life.
Most of the other religions have a prescribed set of rules to follow which is clearly written in their holy books, be it the Bible, Quran, or the old testament.
You can identify a Muslim or a Christian or a Jew by the way they lead their life irrespective of which part of the world they live in. They all celebrate the same festivals or follow the same methodology of praying.
Whereas, a Hindu living in the same town might pray to a different God and celebrate different festivals and follow different food habits. Hinduism is the only religion to not have any rules telling you how to lead your life. There are no holy books pertaining to this.
You can never identify a Hindu by his lifestyle whereas you can identify the believers of all the other religions by the lifestyle they follow. All the other religions follow a particular way of life. To conclude, all the other religions are a way of life whereas, Hinduism is not a way of life.

Did we know this about Indian Civilization?
Maybe yes, maybe no but certainly not on top of our mind.
Thank you Bill Maher for making us consciously aware that we are one of the oldest civilization which never had slavery.
From our Puranas, be it Ramayana to Mahabharata you will never find slavery depicted in any of our epics. Certainly this makes us proud to be an Indian.

The right way to scold your child?
Is there a right way of disciplining our children? Make this slight tweak and make your life easy.
Don't be a bad boy. You are a bad girl. We have been told this multiple times when we were growing up. Or we tend to tell that to our children at the moment. Is there a better way of saying that. Consider saying instead, you're not being a good boy or you will not be a good boy if you do that. We're just turning around. But it makes a huge difference. None of us like to be told we are bad. Do we? The moment when we tell our children that you are being a bad boy, or a bad girl, you're putting them in a bracket of being bad, they have nothing else to prove you've already told them they're bad. The same time when we tell our children that don't do that. Then you will not be a good boy. They don't want to do something which is going to make them not good. So it's just turning it around it plays in a subconscious level. Next time when your kids are doing something which you don't like instead of telling them you're a bad boy, you're a bad girl, try saying, if you do that, you will not be a good boy, or a good girl and see the difference. If you find this video useful, please like subscribe and share. Thank you.

What to say when your child cries?
We all have been told or we tell our kids to "stop crying, are you a girl" or we tell them "boys don't cry" or we use a gender-neutral term, "Are you a baby? Stop crying". Is there a better way of handling this situation without making our children feel bad? Think of it, do we like it when somebody asks us, "Are you stupid?" even when we do something stupid. Similarly, as kids, we didn't feel good or our kids don't feel good when we try to position them in an inferior manner. Watch this video and learn a new way on how to develop positive behavior in our children even in any situation.

Why the Styrofoam cup is not for you?
Simon Sinek says we all deserve a Styrofoam cup, do we? We all decide our cup. It's what we think we deserve we attract. We have earned every bit of success we have experienced in our life. We have worked for it. If you are a student, if you spend time with your books and study hard you deserve good grades. Similarly, if you spend more time at work and put in your best, all that comes with that is what you deserve. No one is doing you a favour.
We set our own standards. Don't let anyone tell you that you deserve only a Styrofoam cup. Dream big, work hard and sky is the limit.

Are you actually giving when you are doing charity?
Why does giving brings in more happiness? Who are the three parties involved in both giving and taking? There are two active parties and one passive party in both transactions. Who are the active parties when you are giving and who are the active parties when you are taking? When you are the taker, the active parties are the giver and God and the taker is the passive party. He has no control over someone giving him something or not. He can ask endlessly. When you are the giver, the active parties are the taker and you. God is just the passive party. In this scenario, the taker is actively asking and you are actively giving and God is just setting the occasion. Otherwise, when you are taker you are not in control whether you will get what you ask for; When you are the giver, you are in control of whether you want to give or not.
When you are giver you wouldn't even realise if there was a requirement till someone asked you. You life will go on. You wouldn't even miss anything.
You can look up and say "Look God what I have done". That is why giving brings you more happiness.
When you have a desire to give and you go running around to give something, you become the taker and not the giver.

What is the difference between Emotion and Passion?
Why we do what we do is a Tony Robbins TED Talk. According to Tony Robbins it's emotion and using the right emotion leads to success! In reality it's exactly the opposite. Emotion will have a detrimental effect on your growth curve. Passion is what drives growth. If you are passionate about something success will follow sooner or later. Passion comes from within. It's about you enjoying the activity you are involved in and it is constant.
Be passionate and be successful.

Definite step to big achievements
There are only small things and big achievements in life. There are no big things you can do in life, only big achievements. Do the small things right and big achievements will follow.
The more we pay attention to the small things, more the chances for big achievements to follow. Even President Biden signs with a small pen. Depending on the position we hold, the impact can be small or big. Biden might sign on a billion-dollar cheque, we might sign on a hundred-dollar cheque. What both Biden and we are doing is a small thing, holding a pen and signing on a paper. So do the small things right and conquer the world.

How does grit play a role in success?
What is grit? Angela Lee Duckworth says it's the power of passion & perseverance. How do we cultivate grit? The easiest definition of grit is systematic effort. Both those traits are very much in one's control.
Leaving a high-flying job in consulting, Angela Lee Duckworth took a job teaching math to seventh graders in a New York public school. She quickly realized that IQ wasn't the only thing separating the successful students from those who struggled. Here, she explains her theory of "grit" as a predictor of success.

How to have your apology accepted
Do you want your apology to be accepted? Do you want to move forward? Try this two-step method.
1. Look the person in the eye when you say sorry.
2. Always add "what can I do to make up?" when you say sorry.
We can only say "what can I do to make up" when you are genuinely sorry and you really want to make up to that person. You can know if you are genuinely sorry or not if you use this method.
Teach this to your children from a very young age and that will make them humble as well.

Are you result-driven or effort driven? The secret to success is being result driven with a focus on effort. Focus on results might lead to failure. Effort is purely in your hands whereas result is wishful thinking.

Control your thoughts to manage your Karma!
Your current state of mind determines your dharma which in turn controls your karma. With reference to Mahabharata Duryodhana did not find it wrong to disrobe his cousin's wife but when his brother told him that he had killed the children of Pandavas then he found it wrong as it was against his dharma to kill children.
Thus Duryodhana went to heaven as he acted according to his dharma & according to his Dharma he wasn't wrong. Therefore, we can manage our thoughts to control our Karma.

How to sacrifice and be happy
Is sacrifice a negative word? Can you ever say that you sacrificed something for someone? The word sacrifice can never be used in first party, it is only in hindsight that we say that our investment did not yield results. Even for our children, sharing a pizza or an Ice cream is not a sacrifice as it is an investment we make. When our investment does not yield results then we say that we sacrificed.
