Take a Day Off
One of the things I like to do personally is to take one day a week to put faith in my family - first. To unwind and relax; try to preemptively do some of your typical weekend work during this one day during the week. So that you can spend a restful, full day during the weekend with your family.

Gluten is a Lectin and an Antinutrient
Gluten is a lectin or what is understood as an antinutrient... a protein that causes inflammation. Modern grown wheat in particular is very high in gluten and can lead to serious belly issues and inflammatory diseases. You aren't celiac. You aren't allergic. You are just sensitive like 80% of humans. You can minimize gluten by either substituting for the Einkorn (low gluten content wheat) or by fermented breads (artisan and homemade sourdough) which decreases gluten content by virtue of bacterial fermentation.

See Your Doctor, Then Watch Videos!
Symptoms got you Googling like a private investigator or scrolling through social for a self-diagnosis? Just remember, the internet doesn't have a medical degree, and TikTok dances won't cure your bellyache! I get it, the temptation is real, but Dr. Google isn't your best medical advisor. Time for a reality check: Let's leave the diagnosis to the experts! Trust me, there's no social media substitute for a proper medical consultation. Schedule that appointment, see a real doctor, and sort out those symptoms with a credible MD!

What is Constipation? When Does it Lead to an Operation?
A very small percentage of patients with constipation need an operation, these patients are most commonly female, the workup is long and expensive. There is no short cut to what begins as a dietary problem. You do not want this operation unless you need it and it won't help unless you have very specific anatomy. To help with constipation there are three steps. Step 1: drink water, step 2: consuming soluble fiber, and step 3: increasing your activity.
