High blood pressure (hypertension) is a dangerous situation which raises the risk of developing clogged arteries, having a heart attack, stroke, Alzheimer's disease and many other issues.

This condition is usually caused by either high levels of cortisol, or insulin resistance in the cells which leads to electrolyte imbalances, causing the heart to work harder to pump blood through the body.

In this video I present a very simple remedy for high blood pressure using three ingredients, hibiscus, lemon balm and potassium in the form of a morning herbal tea. These work together to combat the root causes of hypertension in order to naturally lower blood pressure.
