Labradoodles are great since they do not shed their hair. But, they are always dirty and need to be bathed and have their hair cut. Now that the ice has melted off the pond, its time to move the aerators back out in the middle where the pond is the deepest. I had them moved close to the shore because they keep the ice from freezing, and its unsafe to have ice opening out in the middle of the ice.
