Daily Vlog #266. Day 2 and 1 pound gone from 48hours of water fasting.

music - IamDayLight - Let It Go - Instrumental Version Day 2 weight = 233.6lbs (with camera) weight lost = 1lb Starting with a 72 hour water fast. Drinking around 4 liters of black salted coffee, used my last scoop of bone broth in one coffee, and for dinner -500ml of water boiled with lemon, ginger, cayenne pepper and salt. Then after the fast I will introduce meat and eggs. Might have to do more water fasts if I cannot lose a pound every day. Probably will have to do a fast for a week.

Daily Vlog #265. Today I challenge myself to lose 30lbs in 30 days. No Gym.

music - The Rallies - Are You Hearing Me - No Lead Vocals Reasons for the weight challenge; Im running out of clothes that fit, so I need to lose weight to fit back in my skinny clothes. And summer is coming. Also my knees and wrists hurt, so I need to stop eating crap to make that pain go away. Side note. I do not know why my eye is still red. The problem with the Rotatrim, is it scratches the paper immediately behind the cutter. The solution, is to ensure enough spacing between images.
