冥想指的是禪修的意思,是瑜伽實現入定的一項技法和途徑,最終目的在於把人引導到解脫的境界。
冥想的狀態:
1、愚昧無知是最糟糕的狀態,這種狀態的結果是瘋狂、幻覺妄想、怠惰等。
2、激情狀態優於愚昧無知狀態,但它意味著重大執著、不可控制的慾念、追求和緊張的努力等等特徵。
3、而善良狀態比其他狀態更純潔,光輝四射。處於這種狀態的人們培育、發展智慧,但是他們卻受到幸福這一概念的製約。
冥想訓練
1、隨息法:意念呼吸自然出入,心息相依,意氣相隨,不加干涉,叫隨息。
2、數息法:默念呼吸次數,從一到十到百,實者數“呼”,虛者數“吸”。
3、聽息法:兩耳靜聽自己的呼吸聲,排除雜念。
4、觀息法:如觀者一樣,去觀察,體會自己的呼吸。
5、止息法:通過以上任何一種方法的練習,久煉純熟,形成一種柔、緩、細、長的呼吸。呼吸細若游絲,若有若無。稱止息。也叫胎息。
什麼是冥想?如何冥想?
