Bank of America Goes Woke: Implements 21-day racial reeducation program for employees
On their website, Bank of America’s credo is, “We strive to be a bank for everyone.....”
Except for those who don’t believe America is inherently racist and those who don’t buy into Critical Race Theory.
Bank of America has now implemented a 21-day racial reeducation program for its employees based on Critical Race Theory
As documents leaked by a whistleblower to investigative journalist Christopher Rufo reveal, highlights from the program include:
“The U.S. is a system of white supremacy.”
“White employees must decolonize their minds and cede power to people of color.”
“‘All whites, regardless of one’s socioeconomic class, background or other disadvantages’ are ‘living with white skin privileges.’”
“White toddlers ‘develop racial biases by ages three to five’ and ‘should be actively taught to recognize and reject the ‘smog’ of white privilege.”
“Employees should become ‘woke at work.’”
Bank of America thinks its white employees are racist, privileged and need to be "reeducated."
Imagine what they think of their white customers. It doesn't sound like a bank for everyone.

Parents are fighting for leverage and control of their children's education
The coronavirus pandemic disrupted the lives and education of the nation’s 50 million public school students. Students endured lengthy school closures and inadequate remote learning. Fed up parents are challenging the power of teachers’ unions and unresponsive school boards. Many frustrated parents are now homeschooling their children or enrolling them in private & micro schools. Twenty states expanded or created new school choice programs in 2021. All families should possess purchasing power to direct their children’s educational path. States should continue to expand school choice options so families have leverage and control of their children’s education.

What is Critical Race Theory, exactly?
Across the country, parents are concerned about Critical Race Theory.
But what is Critical Race Theory, exactly?
CRT is a way of looking at the world that puts racial identity at the center of our identity and society.
It assumes that America is systemically racist even in 2021 and that the solution to racism is to overturn or radically transform the American system and way of life.
These ideas divide students of different racial backgrounds, and enlist children in a radical attempt to remake America.
CRT has also seeped into institutions beyond education, like government, corporations, and media.
The fight to stop CRT will not be a short one. CRT is “systemic.”
But CRT is very unpopular with most Americans, including with independent voters.
We must reject CRT, and return to E Pluribus Unum,—"out of many, one”—a motto that binds all Americans together.

The Perils of New Big Tech Antitrust Bills
American consumers rely on many conveniences brought to us by search, e-commerce, and social media platforms. Yet, many people worry about Big Tech's influence over our lives. They control the information we receive and don’t always treat ideas and individuals fairly. This is a real problem.
But five new antitrust bills will do nothing to stop the censorship of conservative views. They will just restrict how some big companies — especially Amazon, Apple, Facebook, and Google — grow and operate. The measures imperil the conveniences that make life easier, work faster, and save consumers money. Big Tech platforms would be prohibited from selling competing goods or services to those of third parties on their platforms. And from prioritizing their products or services over those of competitors on their platform. Here are services that could disappear:.
Amazon could be prohibited from offering free shipping as part of Amazon Prime. iPhones may not come preloaded with apps and tools such as FaceTime, iMessage, Find My, or the App Store. Google map results would be prohibited from appearing among Google search results.
Amazon would be banned from selling its generic batteries on its platform. Yet, grocery stores commonly sell their own generic brands alongside competitors. YouTube videos may be prohibited from appearing in Google searches. Americans want speech protections, not limited choices.

A Mother and Daughter Fight for Fairness in Women's Sports
Cynthia Monteleone is a world champion track athlete who specializes in the 400 meter. At the 2018 World Masters Athletics Championships in Málaga, Spain, Monteleone competed against Yanelle Del Mar Zape, a transgender athlete from Colombia. Monteleone beat Zape by a few tenths of a second to make it to the final round of the 200 meters race. But at the April 2019 World Championship indoor meet in Torun, Poland, Zape won bronze in the 80-meter hurdles, beating Monteleone’s teammate who, according to Monteleone, “trained harder than anyone I know in the hurdles.”
When Cynthia tried to voice concerns over the fairness of a biological male competing against women, USA Track and Field administrators told her, "For your own safety, you might want to keep your mouth shut."
Then, last year, Cynthia’s 16-year-old daughter Margaret Oneal Monteleone, a sophomore at St. Anthony School in Maui, Hawaii, also found herself competing against a biological male in high school track. Margaret placed second behind the transgender athlete in her first and only race of the season before COVID-19 hit.
In the video above, Cynthia and her daughter share with Independent Women’s Forum their stories of competing against biological men, why it’s unfair, and why they’re speaking up to save women’s sports.
Stand up for female athletes like Cynthia and her daughter. Visit https://www.iwf.org/defendfemaleathletes to take action today.
Technology’s Potential Revealed In The Pandemic
Technology unleashes our potential and advances free enterprise. During the pandemic, innovation made it possible for society to function. When in-person medical services were limited, more providers gave patients access to care online, including via video conference.Telemedicine regulations that were relaxed temporarily in response to COVID-19 should be repealed or reformed permanently.
Advancements in telework made it possible for millions of workers to continue their jobs working from home. This positive trend is likely to continue after the pandemic. Workers want it.
Innovation that allowed businesses to continue serving customers in spite of lockdowns also prevented many small businesses from failing.
Technology played an important role in providing learning opportunities during the shutdown. It has the potential to create new and better learning opportunities for students of all ages. While families, students, and educators faced virtual education challenges some of which stemmed from poor planning and implementation this should not be an indictment of online learning or technology’s capacity to facilitate education.
As devastating as the coronavirus pandemic has been, without technology there would have been no virtual world for us to shift to.
Ongoing technological innovation can further solve problems and provide new opportunities for better and richer lives in the future.
