A Large Tortoise Chases Lawn Mower Across The Lawn
A Large Tortoise Chases Lawn Mower Across The Lawn
#A_Large_Tortoise_Chases_Lawn_Mower_Across_The_Lawn #Tortoise _In_The_Water #animals_Nuture
Rumble / Funny & Cute Animals — On one hand, you must know the timeless slimily as slow as a tortoise, on the other, there is a You must story about the race between the tortoise and the hare. Well, this video just goes to show exactly what the tortoise is not only smart but it also can be pretty athletic as well! It appears that the old folktales are not as true as we once thought! Watch the video and find out more!
The video taken on June 30, 2018, in Belle Chasse, Louisiana, USA, shows an event you can rarely see elsewhere: a large tortoise is literally chasing a large lawnmower around the yard. And catching up with it! Amazing! In the video, the father of the filmer, Jimbo Creppel, can be seen cutting the grass in their backyard, while their African Spurred Tortoise, Moses, chases him! Eventually, Moses catches up sometimes and climbs on top of the lawn mower until someone moves him or he feels like moving.
Who would have thought that tortoises could be so quick? This speedy tortoise is so light on his feet, he's able to chase after a lawnmower with very little trouble! Who will win this race? An astonishingly fast-moving African Spurred tortoise named Moses comically pursued his human Jimbo Creppel around the backyard as he systematically went back and forth across the grass with a lawn mower. According to Creppal’s kid, Moses likes to catch up with the mower and ride for a bit.
If this does not dispel the myths about tortoises being slow, we do not know what will! Tortoises can be fun, and cool too; also they can show a genuine bond with humans as well as other animals. Take a look for example of this video where abandoned puppies befriend a lonesome Giant Tortoise. Four tiny orphaned puppies were brought to a local PetSmart near Corona, California, inside a beer box. Foster mom Andrea took the scared and shaking pups home with her. The pups were fed, given a warm bed and a safe place to sleep but even with all that, something was missing in their lives.
At Andrea's home, she also rescued a Sulcata tortoise named Goliath. For the most part, Goliath was alone. One day Andrea found the puppies inside tortoise's hutch, snuggling with Goliath. The giant tortoise didn’t mind the company of the happy dogs, in fact, he was thrilled by their friendship and they helped him fight his loneliness.
These orphaned pups needed someone big and strong to protect them and replace the mother figure in their life. So, they found a protector in an eighty-pound Goliath. Since that day, the pups and their great big friend have been doing everything together.
Aren’t tortoises just awesome?

Wolf Fails To Catch Gazelle In Epic Safari Footage
Wolf Fails To Catch Gazelle In Epic Safari Footage
Rumble / Wild Wildlife — Take a look at this explicit video featuring the king of the forest. A close-up footage has emerged showing an actual lion's hunt on a wild gazzele in, yes, that's right, the wild! It is always very interesting to get up close and personal and see what is day to day life for these creatures.
Although many people have been advocating an approach to nature based on its intelligibility, we are far from tying down the giant that is nature with our minds. Emerson writes that the perception of the inexhaustibility of nature is an immortal youth. Although we shall continue to try to uncover nature’s secrets, let us also continue to take pleasure in our immediate encounter with it. Let us continue to be awe-struck, like the child on the seashore, or clambering up a tree. Let us hold onto that experience, and fight for the environment that makes it possible, both for the child in each of us, and for those that come after us.
There is no real boundary in nature. A river might slash through the land, but there is always a source and there is always a way to get around that source. One region blends into the other and harmoniously transitions one ecosystem into the next. There are many types of symbiotic relationships in nature. Organisms either live in a mutualism where both entities benefit from the relationship, a commensalism - where one organism reaps the benefits of living with the other, although the second isn’t harmed or helped, and parasitism, where one entity drains the resources of the other one, threatening its existence.
The ecosystems are truly complex, they are functioning harmoniously, just like the human body. Each part and each living being inside communicates with the other to make their home the best it will ever be and make sure that the residents are always happy. But sometimes an ecosystem isn’t strong enough to endure the constant attack of another ecosystem or another entity, so how does it persist. The truth is - it doesn’t.
Unfortunately in the everlasting war between humans and wilderness, humans are becoming bittersweetly victorious. We are in a rush to save what’s left of this planet after pollution and human greed continue to devastate the Earth. The first entities on the fence line are the wild animals, even the most fierce of predators like the lion. Luckily there are people that work night and day to save them and the GG Lions sanctuary is one of them. Close call doesn't even begin to explain what this encouter is. However if you choose to take a look at this video it will take you through quite the nail bitter. Don't worry, all ends well. Well, for the gazzele at least!

Massive Newfoundland Thinks He's A Tiny Lap Dog
Rumble / Dogs & Puppies — We all have that special nook in the house that is ours and no one else’s. It is the place we would like to curl ourselves in a ball in and just lay until the end of time, or at least until our problems or the bad weather pass us by.
Dogs are very much like us in that manner. Our loving pets, too, have a comfortable nest where they love to sit and wait for us to show them some love. We might give them the most comfortable dog beds or even let them sleep on down feathers, but they would still climb on our beds or sleep on the cat bed when we turn our attention to something else. This gentle beast however, found that his secret hideout is none other than his owner’s lap.
This Newfoundalnd dog named Boss is such a loving dog! He loves to give lots of hugs and kisses to his family but we don't think he realizes how big he actually is. He climbs on top of his owner’s lap and gives her a big hug. She returns the hug right back to him. How cute is that! He must give some of the best hugs! You can tell they love each other so much, Boss certainly knows how to make someone smile. Awesome!
Even though Boss is a very big dog, he wouldn't hurt a feather. He cares about everyone and just wants to spread his love with the world. This is so precious. Boss is probably the best cuddle buddy out there! What a great friendship these two have. This video footage is so priceless! This lady will never feel alone due to the endless love and attention of her pet dog.
This video just goes to prove how much our pets rely on us and that there is no limit to their love. As Boss’s owner is sitting on the armchair she is shortly after accompanied by her loving dog.Even if she gets up and switches over to sit in a different place, we are sure that her dog will be right behind her following her to her new sitting location. Only after she gives him a hug and pats him on his back, is he willing to let go of her human and mind his business.
Have you had an honest conversation with your dog about its preferences? We know that dogs are playful precious creatures and we know that most of them can be easily made happy with a treat, a toy or a walk in the park. Even though there are dogs that are so headstrong that nothing in the world can whet their appetite for life. Among many dog breeds there is this gentle and amiable dog breed the Newfoundland that it shows enormous friendliness toward humans.
As the saying goes “Sweetness of temperament is the hallmark of the Newfoundland”. It is easily trained and adores being around people. Perhaps the most famous Newfoundland was Nana, the dog from Peter Pan, who watched over the Darling children. Most owners agree that the characterization the Newfoundland as a natural babysitter who looks out for the well-being of her charges was right on the money.
Have you seen a bigger dog than Boss before? Let us know in the comments!

Snatches Woman’s Bag on Rock of Gibraltar
Snatches Woman’s Bag on Rock of Gibraltar
Rumble — Mark Carroll observed from a distance as a monkey approached a woman and stole her belongings.
On the Rock of Gibraltar, Mark has just arrived at the top when he noticed the woman and Barbary Macaque stand off on November 4th.
It was obvious to see that the ape wanted the brown bag that the tourist was trying to keep out of reach by holding it high above her head.
A quick dart and jump meant that the woman was off balance and the primate eventually nicked the bag and began rummaging through it.
The monkey quickly gathered anything that seemed of interest and tried to make a quick getaway but luckily for the lady, it had dropped most of the items whilst making it's escape.
Mark said: "The monkey approached the woman when it seen her bag and jumped to get it before ripping it open for a proper look.
"I’d say there were just a few personal bits, I think there was a glasses case and other items but no food.
"The monkeys are very calm and not bothered unless you have a carrier bag or brown bag.
"I was still shocked as we had just arrived off the cable cars."

Rumble / Funny & Cute Animals — There’s something about a snow day that warms up our hearts. Though visitors couldn’t make it to the park, animals needed to be fed so several zookeepers skied their way into the park. What they saw, and filmed, upon arrival has gone viral overnight.
The Oregon Zoo was closed due to snow, but that apparently didn't stop the animals inside from having a field day. Watching adorable Oregon Zoo animals having a blast on a snow day is warming our hearts!
Footage shows all sorts of adorable critters having an absolute blast in the snow. Polar bear, river otters, harbor seals and even an elephant frolicked in the snow like kids just let out of school. Watch how ecstatic they get, playing in the snowflaky goodness!
Watch as polar bear Nora plays in the white cover, tumbling and rolling in the deep snow. Next, sea otters ‘otterly’ enjoying the snow and sliding on the white fluffy blanket, followed by the harbor seals going for an icy swim. Adorable!
