Daily practice To receive the most benefit from this mantra recording, you can turn listening to it into a daily practice. And if you like, learn the mantra yourself. Through the daily repetition of the mantra, the divine positive vibrations will, over time, remove obstacles inside of you, and around you, that prevent you from being who you truly are. The mantra vibrations, by their nature, are transformative energies, and thus you may experience some detoxing effects. It is important to stay present and responsible with your experiences. By observing your sensations and your reactions, you can sense when you need to pause. After taking a pause, return again to your meditation and see if something shifted for you.
