The podcast offers great metaphors that describe mental health and how to live a healthy life. It helps overcome traumas, self defeating behaviors and helps heal relationships. We highly recommend this podcast.

This is a book review of Transforming the Difficult Child by Howard Glasser. It is parenting techniques that work for intense children like children with symptoms of ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, etc. It is a positive approach and we believe the technique to be Neuro-Development through relationships.

This is a book review of Gerald Jampowski's book: Love is Letting Go of Fear. We think it as Condensed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. It helps you obtain peace of mind. It is a great self help book for most mental and emotional problems. It is one of our favorite resources.
