Katie returns to the lab and explains that someone knocked her out. "Katie" comes in and they realize that there's a shapeshifter involved. "Katie" suggests that Stephanie quiz them, and Katie admits that it's a reliable method. However, Victoria has studied Katie's files. When they keep coming up with the same answers, Stephanie asks them what the real Katie did for the first time a week ago. The real Katie hesitates to tell her in public, and finally whispers that she had sex for the first time.

Episode 13 Twin Evil Meanwhile, Ren sends Zenet to steal the Element back via trickery. So she disguises herself as Julie and tries to take Drago. However, her plan is foiled when the real Julie shows up, throwing Dan and Drago into confusion. However, when he reveals he is leaving for Neathia to help fight the real Julie expresses that she is ok with it and hopes they succeed, assuring Dan that she is the real Julie. Zenet is forced to reveal herself and battles Drago.

Season 3 Episode 6 Midsummer Night's Madness Phaedra suggests her to create a new one, which she seems to think is a good idea. Jem asks Synergy to change her into something completely different, and she turns into a dark haired Greek girl named Jaeme. She bumps into Rio, who was in the middle of searching for Jem, and they hit it off immediately and strike up flirty conversation. Rio says that despite the fact they just met, he feels like he has known her all his life. Jaeme leaves Rio to chase after her group and changes back into her real identity. She explains them her reasoning for the new identity with the help of an "oracle", but they don't seem to believe her, in fact thinking she is out of her mind and that she is actually talking about Rapture. Jerrica runs off again. Jerrica swiftly runs away, changes back into her Jaeme personality and crashes into Rio again, but he brushes her off to continue running after Jerrica.

Episode 11 I Ate a Mushroom and Turned Into a Child Halkara accidentally feeds Azusa a magical mushroom, turning Azusa into a child. Azusa returns to Pecora’s castle and takes the pills, but forgets to change clothes first so when she grows her clothes tear and leave her naked, to Pecora’s delight. Tired and dirty, Azusa insists everyone bathe together, including Pecora, who asks if she can grope Azusa’s adult breasts, chasing her around the bathroom.

Season 2 Episode 9 Shiki vs. Drakken The group is surprised by what's happening as "Labilia" reveals herself to actually be Amira, though no one recognizes her. She forgets that only Homura knows her and changes into the prince disguise from Digitalis. They remember and questions why she is here and where the real Labilia is. Amira tells them to calm down, she showed them her real face since she trusts them and wants them to trust her.

Indica Fetish (a psychologist, who has secret supernatural powers) turns her troubled friend (who keeps having relationship issues) into a woman. Before the transformation, she makes Suave sign a contract. She insists she’s doing him a favor by giving him a female perspective. She then snaps her fingers and his body parts begin to morph (tripod shots of hands, feet, and face). Her friend (now known as Ashlynn) must follow along and do exactly as Indica says if he wants to fix his toxic relationship patterns. After stripping nude and orgasm-ing as a female while Indica guides him along, he is ready to be turned back. However, Indica says treatment is far from done and now they’re going to go out to the bar for ladies night and interact with strange men. Maybe even get some dick. Scene ends with shock and horror on Ashlynn’s face.

Season 3 Episode 1 Possibilities Patrol During the Our Town play, Isabel and her co-stars sing a song about possibilities, receiving several praises from the spectators, and Isabel exits the theater excitedly, before watching as a mysterious machine appears from the ground. From the machine, a mysterious traveler came down looking for Niles and wondering what year it was. The traveler displayed her shape-shifting powers, taking on Isabel's face temporarily, and Isabel freaked out, causing her to die in the hole. Due to the unsuccessful help of Isabel, the traveler decides to look for Caulder on her own, hiding her machine, and began her journey.

Season 4 Episode 15 Marry-Go-Round Later that night, Cole flames into Phoebe's room and chants a spell to curse the face cream. Paige hears a noise, and Cole quickly glamour's into Piper. Paige wonders what was going on, but "Piper" says she noticed Paige was in the bathroom and cautions her that she can't afford to take bathroom breaks while on demon watch. "Piper" also tells Paige she can't afford to go to sleep and promptly casts a spell on Paige to put her into a deep sleep. "Piper" then slips into the real Piper's room, casts the same sleep spell over her, and flames out. Suddenly, Cole turns into the Seer. Piper wants to vanquish the "Seer" on the spot, but Phoebe wants to grill her as well. The "Seer" says she had to stop the wedding because Phoebe would have grown powerful enough to upset the balance between good and evil. She also says that Cole is unconscious in the mausoleum and flames there. In the mausoleum, the "Seer" changes back into Cole; it turns out he shapeshifted into the Seer to throw the sisters off his scent

Episode 10 Thank You for Your Compassion and Encouragement The battle is halted when Tarantula tells Honey about her awakened sympathy for Natsuko, and that she is therefore no longer Honey's enemy, and after a tense start Honey and the Hayamis take Tarantula Panther and Dragon Panther in. During a subsequent talk, Tarantula breaks down Honey's emotional barriers by turning herself into Natsuko.

The dictator finds a genie of his own and ask for his help seducing the princess. The genie proposes trying to make her jealous of the dictator's attention by transforming into a woman played by Noemie Lenoir.

Episode 192 Nel's Secret, a Big-Breasted Beauty Joins the Battle!? As Nel screams Ichigo's name, she is engulfed in an explosion. As the smoke clears, Ichigo, Nnoitra, Orihime, and Tesra see Nel in her adult form. Nel uses Sonído to take Ichigo to a safe distance, evading an attack from Nnotira. She then hides behind a tree and changes into a younger woman which Jon is immediately smitten with much to Garfield and Odie's surprise. When the two go out to dinner, Garfield and Odie follow them. Odie asks what's wrong and Garfield reminds Odie of when was the last time a beautiful woman asked Jon out which was never and suspects something's not right. The two manage to find Jon and Lorelei where she reveals her true self and captures Jon, intending for him to be her husband with Garfield and Odie following.

Season 11 Episode 12 Valentine's Day in Quahog Following a one-night's stand, Quagmire's date curses him that he'll one day get what he deserves. Following a shock on his date's tampon warmer, he suddenly appears as a woman to everyone else, fooling even Joe who hits on her. When he goes to the doctor, Dr. Hartman wants to give him a pelvic exam. Escaping, Quagmire realizes he has really been cursed and decides to make the best of things by being a lesbian.

Episode 23 A Couple's Life of Heartbreak Little Ruri loves older Koji, but Koji has eyes only for Konami, the idol singer. When Ruri wishes upon a star, her prayers are answered by her fairy god-fox, who grants her the power to transform herself into a grown woman. The very next day Ruri decides to try out her power by asking Koji for a date. She gets a bit more than she expected, though, when Koji can't resist her curvaceous new body.

Episode 1 Inari, First Love, First Transformation Running off to the Inari Shrine to lament her feelings, Inari is led by some mysterious fox spirits to meet the shrine's goddess, Uka-no-Mitama-no-Kami, also known as Uka. Given an offer to have any wish granted as thanks for saving the pup from earlier, Inari makes a wish to become Akemi so she can be closer to Kōji, later discovering she is change to Akemi's appearance. Trying to get her bearings, Inari is approached by Kōji, who had heard from her friends Keiko Sanjō and Chika Muratamachi Inari is missing since she hasn't come home. After hearing Kōji blaming himself for ignoring Inari's attempts to apologize, Inari learns she shouldn't have wished to be Akemi, and she returns to Uka request her wish to undone. Unable to grant a second wish to change Inari back, Uka instead gives her a portion of her own divine power, giving Inari the ability to change into any human she wishes. After Inari manages to return to her former self, Uka assigns the fox pup from earlier, Kon, to be her familiar and keep watch over her.
