They pleaded not guilty to causing Actual Bodily Harm to Donald Burgess a 93 year old dementia patient, with one leg who was wheel chair bound. They tazered, pepper sprayed and used batons on him, he was then hand cuffed and dragged from his wheel chair to a police cage can and taken to the police station.
