Non-Surgical Spinal Disc Repair
This is Dr. Jeffrey Garofalo from the Midwest Disc Institute.
If you have a spinal disc injury you can be helped non-surgically.
One way to help your disc repair is to take a product called Chondroitin sulfate.
Chondroitin sulfate acts like a backpack that carries water into the disc to help it heal and repair.

Sciatica Cause
In this video, I give you one reason for sciatica caused by a muscle in your rear end called the piriformis muscle. This muscle sits across a rear-end cheek from the middle to the outside leg and when it tightens it squeezes the sciatic nerve causing pain down your leg.
Stretching this muscle allows the pain to go away

Can a Spinal Disc Really Slip
The short and sweet answer is NO a spinal disc can't slip because it is glued to the bone above and below so it can't slip and slide anywhere.
It can however
1. Bulge going from a circle shape to an oval shape
2. Herniate where is small piece bubbles out
3. Decay where enough water, nutrients, and oxygen leak out of it causing it to squish together
4. Tear like tearing a piece of cloth or a napkin
