The parental rights movement has been characterized by Justin Trudeau as "transphobia, homophobia, and biphobia". Yet many LGBT people support parents rights and participated in the protests against gender ideology in schools. Julia Malott is a trans-woman who defies the typical media narrative that all LGBT people support gender ideology, queer theory, and all the other ideologies that "progressive" people are supposed to believe. DDSB Trustee Niki Lundquist expresses concerns about "physical and other violence in schools" including punching, kicking, spitting, mobbing, sexual violence, weapons, concussions, and staff having to wear Kevlar body armour for protection. Her real concern is that, since "the vast majority of staff in those schools are women", this violence is being normalized instead of being addressed. Question for Niki: since you want to make this about misogyny rather than the lack of discipline, why don't you have more male teachers? Is the lack of male teachers not evidence of discrimination against men by DDSB? Your logic!
