Fitness has always been a bit shrouded in voodoo and snake oil sales men greasily hocking their wares.
This channel will seek to add value for the viewer by shedding light on fitness. What actually matters? Where to go for training? What gyms are good? What training methods are proven to work? Supplements? Etc, etc.
We all know how much academia seeks to validate its own existence by invalidating people without 15+ years as a professional student with 200k personal debt (really the people to take advice from). But today, information is so easy to access that professors are quickly being replaced by phones and AI will be the nail in that coffin.
So, let me, Coach Brandon, autistically explain fitness and fitness culture so that you don’t have to do the reading. Just listen and lift baby.

Home gym + fitness update
Been a couple years of getting bigger and stronger and moving the old apartment gym to the new condo.
The channel is likewise going to change quite a bit and I hope to offer more knowledge about fitness to the community and we can all get fit and look good neked.
I recently halted my Olympic lifting and CrossFit training to pursue a Classic Bodybuilding competition.
Needless to say, over my 10 years of training and 8 of coaching, I’ve learned a lot and I’d like to share my journey and experiences to help other make sense of everything fitness.
