My First Attempt at Making Beer Vinegar!

After the first attempt of making wine vinegar, I discovered some of my beer bottles were expired and in need of being used for something else instead of outright disposal! What I have decided to do is remove the carbonation from one of the expired beer bottles, combine it with Bragg's Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar in a mason jar, and will let it sit for about two months to hopefully make beer vinegar! Tonight is the initial build for that beer vinegar, so if you enjoyed make sure to leave a like and subscribe and first actual tasting will be done by the end of February/early March!
