While taking a break during our trail ride everyone had been resting. Then Brody decided it was time to make Peaches play with him. They had played all day. But Peaches decided she didn’t want to play anymore. They can go from zero to attack mode in just seconds. She is really a very good girl. All it take is one word from me and the ruckus is over. #belgianmalinois

We had a wonderful trail ride yesterday. We rode some old trails that I have been on in years. When we came to this creek my horse crossed Ruth no problems. Sky on the other hand just knew there had to be an an alligator was going to eat her. Instead of just getting her across the creek and continuing on our ride, we decided it was an opportunity for a little training on how to walk across a Creek. We never did get her to walk across the creek even on the way back home she jumped it again, but we sure had a lot of fun.

While I was playing with the dogs yesterday, I was throwing sticks down the mountain side fir them to go get. When I was ready to quit Peaches decided to bring me a BIG stick to throw. She worked on getting the downed tree loose for about 10 minutes before she got a smaller part broken off to bring to me. I guess she has earned the nickname “Malagator”.

I’ve trained Zak to help me pickup things that I drop and hand them back to me. Today I had a bunch of junk mail I had dropped next to me on the floor to be put into the garbage can. I decided to ask him to pick them up and put it into the can. He did so good for the first time I’ve ask for that kind of assistance. He’s such a good boy.

When you have 2 Belgian Malinois that ho full blast all the time you are bound to have a few crashes. I put two videos together so you could see the crash in slow motion and the second half is the same video in real time so you can hear the sound of their heads hitting together.

I took Cowboy to meet the neighbors dog. While playing he ran straight into the back if the truck. He crawled out from under it. Then as he trotted off with his new friend he looked back at me as if to say. I’m ok , don’t embarrass me more in front of my new friend.

I stepped out onto the porch and saw this beautiful red bird lying upside down. I picked it up. It was breathing seem perfectly healthy. I worked with it a few minutes stretching its wings and telling him it was OK. He must’ve hit the window or something. After a few minutes it flew to a resting spot on Bella’s old cage. After about. 30 minutes he flew away.

Cowboy has been very curious about the noisy little chicks in their nursery. I decided to let him eat one for the first time today. He did very good was very gentle with them.

I hate snakes when they try to eat the chicken eggs.

Cowboy was taken to the park where he met a new friend that he instantly liked. He was really careful, caring and gentle around the littl girl while they played so sweet 🥰

This is Reese. When I went over to the neighbors he let me know he was very happy to see me. I hope he makes you laugh like he did me.😂😂

The owner's brother seemed sad because they hadn’t had any trick or treaters so she decided to dress up the dogs for the occasion. Cowboy is a dragon, Zak and Peaches both have on reindeer outfits. It feels good to make people smile ❤ #belgianmalinois #standardpoodle

Cowboy likes to hold my foot in his mouth like a pacifier while going to sleep. He doesn’t suck or bite on it hard , just holds it.

I was calling the puppies when Peaches slipped up behind me . She gives the best surprise hugs ever.

Peaches loves her rope swing. She thinks all toys are hers. Anything someone especially has she wants. When I saw the pups wanting to play with the rope I decided to practice her “wait “ command. She is so smart.

Cowboy is such a silly puppy. Today he learned to crawl.

Peaches and Cowboy both love the water. They play so rough on land that it scares me that she is going to grab him by the throat and hold him under too long.

Peaches has taught Cowboy well. If you can’t Walt through the grasses or mud, then you hop through it.
