Arizona Phoenix Mineral Canyon houses outside South Mountain Park

Mineral Canyon is the name of a housing development in Phoenix, near the South Mountain Park. This is a huge park on the edge of Phoenix, it looks like it’s about 15 square miles, and is basically a mountain in the surrounding flat Phoenix area. The top is used for radio and television towers. The park offers great paved roads to the top with viewing areas, hiking trails, and horse trails with a ranch at the parks entrance with guided trail rides.
So the housing area, was a beautiful development, very close to the park, with walking paths inside the development. And if you’ve read this far. I took this video in early November. Some of the bushes were blooming again, with red, purple, pink and yellow flowers all over the place. If I were to buy another house, I would definitely choose this area.
