(TW - WL!) consistency is all about finding balance and sustainability🫶 you do NOT need to go to extreme lengths to lose weight. For anyone asking about my personal journey: I used to struggle with binge ED (which i discuss on my account)! I recovered through therapy, medication (mounjaro), and SELF LOVE🤍🤍 I also found joy in movement and working out + fueling my body with nutrient dense foods :) although it may work for others, I never counted calories… it’s possible to be in a caloric deficit without tracking everything! I pronise it is 100% about finding what works for your body and mental health 🥰 #notsophiesilva #weightloss #transformation
