Alright so due to my stay at an APA Hotel in Japan, I became aware of the essayist Seiji Fuji whom also apparently is the CEO of the hotel chain. Figured I would record my reading the English, while also giving commentary.

A link used in the video: https://en.apa-appletown.com/2019/07/japan-is-facing-the-same-threats-as-11-years-ago/ . You can find the Japanese version, if it exists.

As you can see, I was looking ahead into this next article to read aloud and got pissed off by historical inaccuracies. Yes there may have been 100,000 dead Japanese on the mainland at the end of World War 2; but y'all's forced 80,000 Okinawans to die in the Battle Of Okinawa where 110,000 Okinawans died, while only 10,000 Hokkaido people died and then the other prefectures were less than Hokkaido's numbers. Don't give me that goddamn bullshit about America somehow trying to be bad to you guys when you people were bad during World War 2, which you started since you didn't have to strike Pearl Harbor when you already had most of your Asian holdings as far or even past the Philippines. Need we mention Unit 731? ... You have read all kinds of books and yada yada, just like my father, and yet you come to these conclusions? And oh, North Korea is actually a threat besides just being a local terror? Wow. And who has faced the consequences of your historical inaccuracies? ... Me. Many people have "taken revenge" not on America, but on this one American trying to be helpful while ALSO SPEAKING Y'ALL'S LANGUAGE. How about learning your cliche phrase, "よろしくお願いします". Jackass.
