For 6 years Pat Warnecke has had to remain silent about charges he was fighting in court due to a gag order imposed by a judge. Recently that gag order was lifted & Pat is ready to discuss everything that has taken place during the raid & trial he has been through for over half a decade

"6 years ago, on the RPS front steps, we did and interview, (after the Chief lied and put us on the front page, most wanted style) and said that we would win this case and the whole attempt to come at us, the way they did, was a corrupt attempt to shut us up and clear the field for his friends, the Drummonds.
Well...here we are. The case is won, like we said, and the corruption has never been more on display than the last 6 years since our arrests. With almost everything we said, right on cue. The Canadian legal cannabis industry had been an international embarrassment with corruption, crime, unaffordable products, bankruptcies, take overs, unpaid taxes, patients suffering and the black and red markets thriving.
After 6 years fighting in court, getting a Charter Challenge win, the Crown will be staying our charges from the 2018 raids at Best Buds Society. They say it is "no longer in public interest" according to the crown. The 'Ides of March', has never felt better. Ceasar is dead." say's Pat.
