The danger of Biden, God forbid, using the "climate change emergency" for dictatorship

Biden seems to be desperate, and there is a danger of him using "Covid19", the "climate change" hoax or whatever, to, God forbid, assume "emergency" dictatorial authority to postpone the elections and things like that.
