Points covered 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽
* Many job seekers have experienced bias in the hiring process. We need to help individuals from marginalized communities understand work cultures that are more equitable and inclusive.
* Employers can take steps to minimize that bias and, in doing so, create more equitable and engaging workplaces.
* There is a growing body of research showing that culture plays a significant role in equity and inclusion.
* Organizations who are creating more equitable and inclusive workplaces are enjoying positive organizational benefits.

Mark Hirschfeld has been researching the elements that create more inspiring, inclusive workplaces for over forty years, joining Dr. Donald O. Clifton in 1981, who is widely seen as the grandfather of positive psychology and designer of the Clifton StrengthsFinder. For the last ten years Mark has been the Vice President of Consulting and Strategic Partnerships with BI WORLDWIDE, a global engagement agency. He and his wife Nancy, who have been married for 39 years, live in the Twin Cities.
