Last Call - Cable TV; 83 Channels And Still Nothing Good To Watch

Streamed on:
123

I know I've talked about the rise of Cable TV on a number of streams, but after last week's retrospective of an influential movie studio, we got to thinking about how a whole platform really shaped entertainment and home theatres. The panel has the moderately rare perspective of having seen the rise of cable, and we sure seem to be seeing the relative fall of it, as well. We have some fond memories of early cable, and you might find this little trip down memory lane to be interesting. If not, at least there will be drinks. Canarble Wagon rolls at 9C/10E
