Windsor Township (Berks County) Conditional Use Hearing 12 - March 21, 2024

Windsor Township (Berks County) Conditional Use Hearing 12 for the proposed 440 acre solar electric energy generation facility. Audio was processed and used from the direct audio recording and the video recording - some things were not picked up by the microphones on the tables and podium.

As a party to the hearing, it was my turn to present my case against the project. I represented myself (pro se). I do not have a law degree. I presented evidence to help inform the Board and Residents.

After my case was completed, my father, Scott, who is also a pro se party presented an expert witness in emergency management. After the witness, my father presented his evidence against this project.

Conditional Use Hearing 13 will take place April 3 at 6 PM HAHS LGI Room

Conditional Use Hearing 14 will take place April 9 at 6 PM HAHS LGI Room

If an additional hearing is needed it will be scheduled some time the week of April 22nd.

I will be unable to record or live stream CUH 13 and CUH 14.
