In the world today the institutions of faith have become the ideological manifestations of the socio-economic constructs of democracy, socialism, or progressivism. The old institutions are either being phased out or being recycled into one of the three forms of socio-economic constructs. How can this be true? Look no further than the 17th century and the death of God, as Nietzsche so aptly describe.
