Some people wash their chicken before cooking it. In dish detergent. In anti-bacterial hand soap. In chloride bleach, and also scrub it, for good measure. CDC warns against doing it, however, many people swear to keep doing it as it is how they were taught. Others believe you obviously must wash it in water, but only in water, without any disinfecting chemicals.
