US Supreme Court docket # is 23-939.

https://www.supremecourt.gov/orders/courtorders/022824zr3_febh.pdf

- Petitioner (Trump) reply and amicus curiae in support of party or neither party, if any, by March 19

- Respondent (US Government) brief and amicus curiae in support of party, if any, by April 8

- Reply brief by April 15.

- SC will hear oral argument(s) during the week of April 22, 2024

Chronological timeline from the J6 indictment to today.

3 scenarios on immunity rulings for Trump:

1.) If SC issues a no immunity ruling in late May, Trump and Smith have 3 months to catch up with respective motions (Dec. 2023 and March 2024). Judge Chutkan put a "work stop" for both sides. Trial to start late August... (potential)

2.) SC issues no-immunity ruling at the end of June, Trial in September, possible. No chance to get a verdict by Election Date.

3rd and last: US SC reverses the Appeals Court's mandate.

The classified documents Trial in Florida, scheduled for May 20, 2024, is up in the air? Postponed, indefinitely?

The GA case is also an question mark. The Judge McAfee may make a decision as soon as tomorrow, March 1. Fani Willis to be disqualified or given a pass? Will other prosecutors in GA take up the case, if Fani is out? A big question mark!

The NY case by Alvin Braggs is a bit tricky...

We will see what happens...

The speed of the whole thing is not normal at all because it involves a US president, the judicial and legal personnel, like Chutkan, Cannon, and lawyers for both sides will, I HOPE, make careful and logical decisions. However they make decisions will probably impact Americans in many ways for years to come.
