No-Churn Sugar Free Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream, chilled
1 Cup Swerve Zero Calorie Granulated Sugar Substitute
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
*** optional 1/8 teaspoon Guar Gum powder*** ( this is optional )
Instructions:
Whip the Cream:
In a large bowl, using an electric mixer or a whisk, whip the chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form. This will take a few minutes.
Gently fold in the Swerve Zero Calorie Granulated Sugar Substitute into the whipped cream. Use a spatula to carefully combine the two ingredients until well incorporated.
Place the heavy cream mixture in the refrigerator for at least a few hours or overnight until it is well chilled. This step is essential for achieving a creamy texture.
Add the pure vanilla extract to the mixture and gently fold it in. The vanilla extract gives the ice cream its classic flavor.
Mix with an electric mixer or hand held whisk for about 20 additional minutes.
Transfer to a Container:
Pour the ice cream mixture into a lidded container or a loaf pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Freeze:
