Kamala Beach Phuket Thailand - 3 km of Paradise - With Drone Footage

Kamala Beach or just Kamala กมลา refers to the beach and town on the west coast of Phuket Thailand. It is one of the major tourist attractions in Phuket.

It is situated north of Patong, about 8 km, and at a distance of about 45 minutes from Phuket Airport via car. It has a long sandy curvy stretch of beach that is about 3 km long.

Kamala Beach is very nice with a tranquil atmosphere on the west coast of Phuket, popular with families and travellers who prefer a quiet holiday. The beach is immense and features many excellent Thai and international restaurants right on the beach.

The beach itself is the main reason travellers preferred Kamala. The beach is long and wide with soft sand with casuarinas and coconut trees probiding shade at the back of the beach. The sea is very shallow and clear during the high season.

This is yet another great beach on Phuket and well worth a visit if you are looking for a nice way to spend a day.
