Vacunas genéticas en animales y suministro de alimentos

Las vacunas basadas en ADN/ARN (ácido nucleico sintético) ya se usan ampliamente en animales, generalmente basadas en proteínas recombinantes o vectores virales.

Obsérvese que todos estos tipos parten del ADN plasmídico como materia prima o como única etapa de producción.
