This weeks #bookoftheweek is Magicians of the Gods by Graham Hancock. The accompanying cocktail comes to us from Tarot and Tequila and is The Magician card:

2 ozs anejo Tequila
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz maple syrup
1 oz cabernet sauvignon
orange peel for garnish
Put the tequila, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a shaker with ice and shake up. Pour over ice. Float the cabernet sauvignon on top. Orange peel for garnish.
