Two Flavored Mayo Recipes - Black Garlic and 'Nduja - Meet Your New Favorite Condiments
From time to time, someone will tell me about an ingredient I've never used. Sometimes, it's not that big of a deal; other times, it allows me to take my cooking to a whole 'nother level. In this case, it's the latter. These two recipes are both ridiculously simple and will be among the most amazing condiments you've ever tasted.
** Black Garlic Mayo:
Blend 2/3 cup (135g) mayonnaise with 2 large cloves (25g) black garlic.
