Numerous authorities are currently on the scene in Santa Monica California, after a man, who claims to be armed with a bomb, climbed the Ferris wheel on the Santa Monica Pier. The man informed bystanders about the bomb before scaling the ride on early Monday afternoon. Officers are evacuating Pacific Park and the Pier, and our Crisis Negotiation Team is en route this story is still developing
