In this video, we’re going to talk about how recovery time after exercise is a marker of adrenal health. After an intense workout, how quick is your recovery time?

If you have any of the following symptoms, you may be experiencing adrenal fatigue:
•Long recovery time
•Tired/exhausted the next day
•Insomnia after workouts
•Prolonged elevated pulse rate
•Soreness for days

If you experience any of these symptoms, this means that your adrenals and your heart are not strong enough to handle the intensity of your exercise.

Your body’s response to exercise is a great indicator of adrenal health and heart health. If you’re feeling tired after exercise and having trouble recovering, minimize the time and intensity of your workouts. Focus on supporting adrenal health and then slowly build up the intensity of your exercise.
