Welcome to my review of Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works (2015). This is the 2015 anime series by Ufotable, not be confused with the 2010 movie version by Studio Deen. At 21:27 I go into spoilers, so you have been warned! This is an adaption of the Unlimited Blade Works route from the original Fate/Stay Night visual which primarily follows the characters Shirou Emiya, Rin Tohsaka, Saber, and Archer. Of all of the Fate series that I have seen so far, this is one is my absolute favorite. There are a lot of references to Fate/Zero in this series as well, so it is advised to watch that series before this one. I recommend avoiding the movie version because as I explained during my review of it, they attempted to adapt the story into an hour and a half long movie instead of giving it more time across 26 episodes like this series did. Overall, I really enjoyed this series and am looking forward to watching more of the Fate series, particularly the Heaven's Feel movies. Please leave a comment with which series you think I should watch next. The choices are Fate/Grand Order: First Order, Fate/Apocrypha, or the Fate/Stay Night: Heaven's Feel movies. Thanks for watching, let me know your thoughts in the comments down below, and have a great day!
