Cognitive Distortions are thought patterns that rob us from enjoying life’s wonderful moments. They can make believing in good things almost impossible. In this video we discuss the strategy of “see what you want.” This is a difficult strategy because it means you need to learn to dream big, believe in your dreams, and believe in yourself.
In this workbook and video series, you will explore cognitive distortions: what they are, and what to do to fix them. Everything you need to reframe your negative thoughts are already inside you; it's just a matter of being aware that you are thinking about them and using strategies to fix them.
