Dallas Cowboys rumors and news are so hot today, we’re doing a 2nd video after the Zack Martin holdout threat this morning. The Cowboys have had trade talks with the Jets about a Denzel Mims trade, so host Tom Downey is here to break that down along with some Cowboys rumors on contracts. Is this Tony Pollard’s last year in Dallas? Are there issues with the contract talks with the Cowboys (likely Stephen Jones and not Jerry Jones and Mike McCarthy) and Trevon Diggs, as Dez Bryant claims? And could Tyler Biadasz be a surprise extension candidate for the Cowboys, as ESPN suggests?

Cowboys rumors - is this Tony Pollard’s final season in Dallas? The Cowboys & Tony Pollard did not get a deal done before the Franchise Tag deadline, so Pollard will play on the $10.09 MM tag. And ESPN's Todd Archer says this could very well be Pollard's last year in Dallas: “It’s highly likely this will be Pollard’s final season with the Cowboys -- and it would have little to do with Pollard and everything else to do with the Cowboys dealing with their salary cap in 2024 and beyond … But even if he produces at a higher level, it will not guarantee him a large contract from the Cowboys. It might not even get him a huge contract from another team. It’s just the position he plays, and the other decisions the Cowboys will have to make regarding their future salary cap.”

Cowboys trade rumors are back on Denzel Mims! The Jets are trying to trade Mims, but plan to cut him if they can't find a trade partner. Mims has been buried on the depth chart and made little impact. Mike Fisher reports the Jets called the Cowboys to ask them to trade for Mims, asking for just a 7th round pick back. But the Jets are calling everyone and it’s unclear if they’ll find a partner.
