An Economic Hitman is a man that works with the IMF to convince foreign countries to accept large loans for engineering or construction projects, such as power plants, highways, electric systems etc..., that work will be handled by Western corporations and the money will come flowing back to the United States, knowing that the growth of the country will never be great enough to pay back the loan. Countries then default on the loan and are at the mercy of its creditors, usually the World Bank, USAID or the International Monetary Fund (IMF). These three creditors, which are not the only ones, are all owned by the United States, whose government can call on these companies to ask indebted nations for favors, such as a U.N. vote, a military base abroad or even oil. Countries that attempt to shy away from paying back loans in US Currency, or attempt to establish a Gold-backed currency, will be attacked militarily by the United States and their allies. Arms the US provided to that country through Arms Dealers (typically former Soviet Union weaponry) and paid for with 'Black Budgets' (to avoid discovery by Congress) will be pointed to as examples of "Weapons of Mass Destruction" and the CIA training provided on torture and genocide of opposition will be used as examples of their "Barbaric Human Rights Violations," building support among the MSM and the American public for Military Intervention against them. Once they have been defeated, sham elections will be held and puppet leaders installed, who work for the US government and multinational corporations and they will begin to strip them of their resources. They are now owned and their country has become enslaved.
