William Milton Cooper (May 6, 1943 – November 5, 2001). Ex-Naval Intelligence officer. He says he ended up with a top secret Q-Clearance with a SCI (SCI= Sensitive Compartmentalized Information) in order to be able to have access to the intelligence to brief the commanders. He began to see this classified information that was so BEYOND REALITY for the average American saying UFO's were real and 4 different extraterrestrial beings species visiting the earth and one of these species entered into an Agreement with the US Government to exchange technology.

Project REDLIGHT was the testing of extraterrestrial craft. 2 different space programs where one is what the public gets to see through NASA and the other one is the secret space program that no one gets to see (Black Projects). What these people are doing in secret is absolutely incredible. Operation Majority was the plans to bring together a One World Government. Project Aquarius that was the history of all extraterrestrial interaction with humans in the past. Bills says he is not sure if these documents were true or just shown to him to see if he would go out and talk about it. But they could be real.

Bill soon realized he needed to tell people about this as it was a lie. Bill says if the general public were using their own intellect they would know it was a lie. Fake Executive Orders and a forgery. He decided he had to tell the public. He read the documents in the JFK file that were inside Operation Majority (2-3 filing cabinets full of documents) and he saw documents that told him what happened in Dallas and why. The intelligence community felt that JFK was a threat to the national security which translates as a threat to the NEW WORLD ORDER and ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT that they were in the process of forming. JFK signed the EXECUTIVE ORDER#11110 for the printing of United States notes which would have destroyed the US Federal Reserve bank which is the main instrument for destroying the economy of the USA. JFK also refused to give air support to the Bay of Pigs invasion (Cuba) which guaranteed its failure. He threatened to smash the CIA into a 1,000 pieces. Bill says he saw a document that Kennedy had signed for the intelligence community to prepare ahead of time to disclose the reality of UFO's to the public. The intelligence community considered that out of the question and no way they were going to disclose that.

Bill says according to the document he saw, that his assassination was ORDERED by the policy committee of the Bilderberg group which is really the secret world government and it was carried out by agents of Division 5 of the FBI, the Secret Service, the CIA, and the office of Naval Intelligence that Bill Cooper was with. Bill says the documents he saw said the shooter was the driver of JFKs car (Secret Service William Greer). This is NOT our government that is doing these things but a group of men who belong to SECRET SOCIETIES that have infiltrated out society and our government at ALL LEVELS and are destroying & subverting it from WITHIN.

Every member of Naval Intelligence that Bill Cooper knew was an Officer was a 32nd or 33rd Freemason. Bill asked about this and they said FREEMASONS are used to keeping SECRETS and is part of their FRATERNITY. Bill learned you are not going to be a high level Naval Intelligence officer unless you ARE a high level FREEMASON.

Bill says he began to release information in 1976 and was physically attacked a couple times to deliver a MESSAGE to him which was SHUT UP! (Stop leaking information). These were men from the Defense Intelligence Agency asking him if he was going to shut up or next time if they were going to do it right (kill him) and he told them he would and he did for 16 years until he saw this they were implementing a contingency plan call MAJESTIC. Bill says they have had a plan that has been enforced since the 1940's to DEBUNK, RIDICULE, and DESTROY anybody who even talks about these subjects. The public has been CONDITIONED not to believe these subjects and think you are a NUT to talk about them.

Bill knew to protect himself he had to get in front of a large audience and get attention as they don't want him to become a martyr if they kill him. Bill said he spent $27,000USD mailing out PACKETS of INFORMATION to people all around the world at the SAME TIME so once it was out there was NO WAY they could retrieve it or stop it so within 24 hours Bill Cooper became a public name where people who got the packets asked WHO IS BILL COOPER?

Bill wrote his 1991 book "Behold a Pale Horse" with material that is freely available and nothing is ISOLATED but it is ALL CONNECTED as it is going to be a TOTALITARIAN SOCIALIST GOVERNMENT that nobody is going to like except the people who are running it. Either these men are following the BOOK OF REVELATIONS as it is in the bible just like a PLAN so people who believe in those prophecies as if God as ordained it so neutralizing people from acting against it OR it really is all coming to pass as written in the bible. Bill named his book "BEHOLD A PALE HORSE" from chapter13 of the BOOK OF REVELATIONS and the 4th Horse of the Apocalypse is the PALE HORSE "I saw a Pale Horse and the name that sat upon him was DEATH and HELL followed with him and the POWE was given to unto him the 4th part of the earth to kill with SWORD, and with HUNGER and with the Beasts of the earth". And that is what is taking place now (1992) the 4th horseman is riding across the earth now. That is what AIDS (1980s) is all about and all these brush fire wars, that is why cancer cures are fully suppressed as they fully plan to kill a minimum of 2 billion people by the year 2000. AIDS is an invention of man and not a natural disease. And once they hit their number, they will announce the cure for AIDS and everybody will be told to report to a certain place to get their INNOCULATION/VACCINE to stop the disease and will IMPLANT a DEVICE which will be used to TRACK each individual person and maybe even to control those people. Right now they IMPLANT PETS with these devices as they have SATELLITES in SPACE to track these PETS (testing) which are going to be used on HUMAN BEINGS. They have many different plans going where if some of the plans don't work out they have other plans to take over.

There are ways to stop this but it requires people to WAKE UP and really learn the TRUTH instead of living their life in FANTASY LAND. Remember, nothing can exist without the CONSENT of the people (The masses). Bill says people don't even know LEFT WING from RIGHT WING as a socialist calls a right wing person a NAZI yet NAZI means NATIONAL SOCIALIST PARTY and he should call the person on the RIGHT an anarchist as the people on the RIGHT want NO CONTROL.

They don't consider you a THREAT to them unless you develop a large political following (IE Trump). EDUCATION is 60%-70% of the battle (INFORMATION WAR). People tend to do the RIGHT THINGS when they realize what the TRUTH is.

Bill believed that a civil war was going to happen as people take up arms against the government because the only alternative to that is TOTAL ENSLAVEMENT of the ENTIRE HUMAN RACE on a GLOBAL SCALE because that is where this is going. 32:06 mark- Bill says he has drawn his line in the sand and he is going to do what is RIGHT even if it means he has to die on his door step (And he did in November 2001).

Bill saw the WHOLE PLAN back in 1971 in Naval Intelligence (Intelligence Briefing Team) to bring about a totalitarian socialist one world government. When Bill first found out about this NWO PLAN it shocked the hell out of him but his Naval Intelligence colleagues just thought he was one of them (Freemasons). Bill belonged to some society when he was 13 years old and attended 3 meetings so when he filled out his Naval Intelligence application he ticked the box saying he was a FREEMASON that Bill believes opened all the doors for him inside the Naval Intelligence where he got those security clearances and got him those higher positions to see what he saw (NWO PLAN) and believes it was the hand of God so he would be able to warn the people of what was coming. 46 mark- Bill says let me give you a vision of the future. There will be NO MONEY, NO DRIVERS LICENCE or HEALTH CARD etc... Everyone will have a chip of some sort inside their body and interacting with a computer where everyone will get CREDITS to buy things with. If they don't go to a CASHLESS SOCIETY then eventually this debt base economy will fall apart and they will be caught. In a CASHLESS SOCIETY they can NEVER get caught if the people allow them to bring that in.

Ever since 1988 when Bill went public and began telling the world about the truth of what he knows (including MAJESTY12 which is the plan to enslave the human race and the MERGER of the United States Military with the old Soviet Union by NATO). NATO is an arm of the United Nations and takes its orders from the security council. The COLD WAR was a total FARCE. Bill pays all LAWFUL TAXES but not income taxes to the fraudulent IRS bankers. 1:03:00 mark- An acquaintance of Bill Coopers goes over the last hour leading up to Bill Coopers death at his Eagar Arizona home on November 5th 2001. MSM news reporting Bill Cooper as a Militia member and say the police DISGUISED themselves as a bunch of ROWDY TEENAGERS in the back of a truck to lure Bill Cooper out of his house.

Libertarian99- This is similar to Randy Weaver story where he was SET UP by undercover agents to make them a sawed off shotgun and then they charged him and expected him in court and he refused to go to court so they came to his house and on his property illegally killing his dog as the dog barked to alert Randy that someone was on his property and the shoot out began killing his 14 year old son and then his wife. Similar thing happened at WACO and the branch Davidians and they did psychological attacks on them and then burning the compound down.
