Noah reads and comments on the first section of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, the ancient Hindu text considered to be the source document for the practice of Yoga. Here Yoga does not refer to the physical exercise systems now popular in our day. "Yoga" is a Sanskrit term meaning "union". Union here refers to union in the spiritual sense - to attain a state of unified consciousness. This might also be described as communing with God.
