Stephen Curry BACK From Injury + Warriors Standing Pat At The NBA Trade Deadline?
Warriors vs. Suns will be a can’t-miss matchup, especially with Steph Curry back in the lineup! The latest Warriors injury news entering tonight’s game hints at a Steph Curry injury return after missing nearly a month. Andrew Wiggins just returned to the lineup, and Stephen Curry will only add to that. Warriors trade rumors today suggest that Bob Myers, Steve Kerr and the Dubs could stand pat at the NBA trade deadline. The idea of a James Wiseman trade or even a Jonathan Kuminga trade has been tossed around the Warriors rumors mill, but will Golden State make a move or not? Warriors Today by Chat Sports host Chase Senior gives his thoughts on today’s show!
Steph Curry highlights are always entertaining, but coming off an NBA championship last season, he was having a spectacular season again before his injury:
- 30.0 PPG, 6.8 APG, 50.0 FG%, 43.4 3P%, 91.9 FT%
Type ‘30’ if you’re fired up for Steph’s return!

The Andrew Wiggins injury kept him out of the lineup for several weeks as well, but he made his return against the Magic and shook off some rust:
- 19 MIN, 12 PTS, 2 AST, 4/12 FG, 2/7 3P
Warriors trade rumors will only heat up before the NBA trade deadline gets here, and although plenty of media outlets have tried to dig into potential Warriors trade targets and candidates, some Dubs media members think that Bob Myers is in no rush to make a move:
Brett Siegel (FanNation)
- From the information I have gathered so far, it seems like they are more than willing to sit back and watch other teams make moves unless they truly get an offer that they can't turn down. It just doesn't feel like Wiseman or Kuminga or any of those young guys the Warriors are very high on are really available right now.
C.J. Holmes (SF Chronicle)
- Based on what I am hearing, I don’t envision them making any moves. I don’t think they are ready to give up on the James Wiseman experiment. They have seen the slow progress he has made and Bob Myers’ two-timeline plan is still alive and well. They are riding that thing out.
Do the Dubs need to make a trade? Type ‘Y’ for Yes, Type ‘N’ for No
