Mark Trozzi, Crystal Luchkiw and Patrick Phillips is successful, it could loosen the grip of the College of Physicians and Surgeon’s of Ontario’s (CPSO) authoritarian grip on medicine that has punished ethical doctors who followed their oaths during Covid-19. Violating its own policies by gagging, investigating and suspending doctors who sought to give medical exemptions, alternative treatments and voice concerns over unscientific and oath-breaking policies, the CPSO has compromised the ability of doctors to practice medicine as they always have.
