Author, Energy Healer, Wellbeing Artist and Practitioner of Ayurvedic Medicine, Tomaz Mueller will be joining us live! Tomaz will lead a heart based meditation session which is open to beginners and experienced meditators alike. Our heart holds the key that opens any door, no matter how rusty it might have been, no matter how long it has been closed off. The heart is the gateway to true source, to true divine knowledge. Some might be calling it God, or Creator, or Paramatman, the absolute atman or supreme self. It is by opening of our heart to true source, by being deeply rooted in the awareness of source creator, that we allow experiences such as bliss, beauty, peace, and calm to flow into our lives

This heart centered meditation is a simple and effective practice to opening your heart. It follows a process where we prepare the heart so we can establish an open connection and communication with true source. As with any meditation, to reap the benefits, it is best to practice daily.

You will also get an opportunity to share your personal experiences and to ask questions.

Tomaz has been teaching and practicing Ayurveda worldwide. He started his journey of self-discovery and personal growth in 1988 through the practice of Meditation and Ayurveda with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, a spiritual teacher and enlightened master. Over the last 3 decades he has helped thousands of people all over the world improve their health, expand their consciousness, and reduce anxiety and feelings of isolation.

Tomaz considers himself very lucky to have witnessed time and again, how people were able to move from a life of frustration, ill-health, anxiety, or unhappiness to fulfilled, meaningful, and healthy lives. 30 years of researching true health and what really makes us sick have led Tomaz to formulate methods to offer help and hope. During 2020 and 2021 a time when so many were living in fear and anxiety, Tomaz spent much of his energy diving even deeper into meditation and an emerging realm of consciousness opening to him.

Tomaz’s unique Quantum Healing Approach combines the timeless knowledge of Ayurveda and Quantum Healing with the latest state of the art technology.
