Through a series of mindfully deep muscle releasing asanas this Boho Beautiful Yoga sequence Mark Spicoluk will provide you the tools & space necessary to target all that is no longer serving you in order to first recognize it, then breathe through it, and finally... find your liberation.

Yin Yoga is about breath. It's about following your breath to create the space necessary to ultimately reconnect to your inner stillness. Inside that stillness yin yoga allows you to cultivate peace with whatever is going on inside both your mind and body surrounding that stillness, in order to find acceptance, forgiveness, and then ultimately complete deliverance from it.

So throughout this class, remember to use your breath as the string to guide you back to your deliberate attention and conscious awareness... for those are the gateway to all that you are looking for.

So grab your mat, and some water, and don't forget to work hard and have fun.
