The two pieces of music and the background were complementary and inspired the message that was shared today in this CIT, and the whole has inspired the Japanese washi chiyogami collage I created. I shot this photo in 2019, in the Angrignon parc in the Southwest part of Montreal https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angrignon_Park In this shot I captured a calm winter landscape of snow covered wooded terrain with a little bridge over a stream of water surrounded by rocks. I chose to render this photo in black and white for a couple different reasons. First, the calm almost Japanese like minimalist landscape, with silent falling snow, resonated for me, visually and aesthetically, with these strong light and dark contrasts. Secondly, the life context I was in, when I shot this photo, also resonated in my heart with black a white, with strong intense contrasts. Indeed, in 2019, I had moved back to my parent's apartment that is a stone's throw away from that large lovely park. I had moved back to my parents because at the time, my mom had suffered a stroke, which left her with some physical but mostly cognitive side effects. She needed a lot of support that my dad provided to her, and I decided to be there as well to support both of them in the humble way I could. It was hard. It was intense. For those who have been a carer for a parent with dementia or Alzheimer know exactly what I'm talking about. We were all drained, exhausted, hurt, desperate and at the end of our tether. Going for my daily walk alone in the Angrignon park was for me an indescribable solace, a haven, a place of silence, calmness, away from the drama, the fights, the discouragement of seeing my mom getting worst and my dad psychologically drowning everyday. I was going through an inner "silent storm" at home because I was trying not to express all the discouragement, anger and mixed feelings I had at the time. So when I shot this photo, the soft calmness, the bare minimalist landscape reminded me that there was a place where I could be myself again for an hour. A place where I could ground to "hear my own frequency", to survive this intense phase of my life. The bridge represented in this photo, was also symbolically the place I was standing on in that phase of my life: between two apartment, between to realities, between two suffering souls. My mom has passed away a little over two years ago, and both my dad and I are still recovering from that terribly intense phase and grieving process, which he barely came out of alive from. Today, nature remains the place where I seek and find solace, silence and calm. I shot "Orient" in Montreal in 2011. This photo was taken in a street market in Montreal on a summer sunny day on Mont-Royal avenue. Since we are a Nordic country with long snowy cold winters, a few times during the summer, Mont-Royal avenue celebrates the lovely weather and is forbidden to cars. The street belongs for a couple of days to pedestrians, who enjoy shopping, gazing at beautiful things, having a beer on a terrasse, sun-gazing or eating food from everywhere in the world, since Montreal is a very multicultural city that celebrates its diversity. On Mont-Royal avenue there is a boutique of Indian clothing, jewellery and decorative objects, that also shares its lovely colored textiles in the street, where the sun rays get entangled in the beauty of the patterns, motifs and brilliant colors. It is one of those moments, that I captured in this photograph. I've always been fascinated and entranced by outdoor markets. It is in part due to the fact that I grew up, as the daughter of international development volunteer workers, in Peru, Chad, Cameroon and Mexico, where outdoor markets are plenty and offer such an incredible variety of colors, foods, tastes, fragrances and craftsmanship. For me, outdoor markets represent the quintessential place of life on Terra. I feel that angels and ETs probably dream of attending such amazing events, filled with so much richness for the senses. The second reason why I was attracted to these lovely oriental textiles, is due to a past life (parallel life I guess), I lived in Samarkand hundreds of years ago, where I was the son of merchant of precious silk textiles and refined oils and fragrances. Since, I've always been fascinated by the beauty of abstract motifs and patterns that often adorn fine textiles and clothing. I shot this photo in 2022, in Montreal. It is entitled "Ice-blue" This high-angle shot was taken by the North St Lawrence river bank in Verdun (Montreal). I found the color of the blue ice quite beautiful, that also created a harmonious contrast with the golden color of the reeds by the river bank, both of which catch the light in subtle ways. I have been living in Verdun for four years now in a cozy one room apartment studio that is both my living and working creative space. I live a stone's throw away from the river bank, which is also a lovely green area with large ancient trees and lovely wildlife. This haven of calmness and beauty is a place where I have my daily walk to re-energize, meditate and offer gratitude. It is a place where I can go within, hear my own frequency (as our dear Alex Collier says) and also commune with nature's beauty, harmony and high vibrations. What I love about the landscape by the river, is that each day it offers a very different atmosphere, due to the change of light and seasons. Some days we can't see the opposite bank of the river due to the fog, white snow and ice covering the river like a wild Siberian landscape! In autumn, the yellow gold of all the trees offers to the place the feeling of being back home in Lothlorien. I love the way the landscape evolves, transforms as a medium for the expression of nature. Sometimes the landscape reflects my emotions, sometimes it offers me an invitation to change my inner state into something more joyful, reflective, calm or energetic. I let nature speak to me daily in that way by its offered invitations, and I stay opened to the richness of the moment. This shot of blue-ice, due to the high-angle, reminds me of the necessity sometimes to take a step back and look at things from above, as one would from a helicopter or a plane. An opportunity to view life through another perspective, but also with less involvement, with less emotional entanglement. With this broader view, one can perceive a new form of harmony and beauty that would otherwise be invisible, which in this case took the form of the harmonious contrast between plant and water, gold and blue (my two favorite colors). As I wrote in my autobiography in poetic prose in French "Bleu" "Everywhere, life is disposed to the sublime". It is my intimate soul purpose to be disposed as well in such a way, to track down and transmit this harmony and beauty of high frequency in the most simple ways sometimes. This collage was inspired by two very stylistically different pieces of music, but that nonetheless share in common an Arabic or oriental connection. The high frequencies that this high vibration art collage, background and music translate, transmit and ground into matter (visually and in the form of sound and color), have for theme the importance of entertaining the action of joy as a way of life. Not the emotion of joy per se, but more in depth, the action of joy as a modus vivendi and as the axle, or center within us, in which we stay grounded when the wheel of fortune of life's events come and go positively or regressively. As explained by Mariel, a Sidhe/Telosi shared by David Spangler (see the video montage I created on this topic), joy is not just an emotion, it can be a standpoint from which we live our lives, whatever is being thrown at us and regardless of our emotions. Joy, in that sense is a sense of feeling connected with the high frequencies of our higher self, the fractal of Source that we are and Source itself. Joy can take many forms: an intense energetic powerful and visceral vibration, like in the first piece of music shared in this CIT: "Barrio San Miguel" by Gino D'Auri (flamenco from the gypsy music of Spain inspired by the Arabic Moors). Joy can also take the form of a more inward transcendant deep ode to life and Source, like the "Tartil of the Quran. Taqsîm Nây En Bayyâtî" by the Al-Kindî ensemble, where the Sufi chant offers a much more contemplative frequency. Both honor high vibrations we can ground in our lives in the form of "joy" as an action. Inspired by the well known saying "The dogs, bark, but the caravan goes on", this CIT discusses the divisiveness element created by the ego that uses past and future as well as the notion of "truth" facing the unknown to assert itself as the dogs do in the saying. We are invited instead, by the high vibration art and high frequencies of the guidance - through the background image, the music and the iconography of the artwork -, to position ourselves as the centered observer, or mindful witness, of the ever changing life without reacting, resisting and creating drama around change ("positive" or "negative"). The text in the fist shared piece of music, by J. S. Bach (by Martin Luther), talks of rejecting the past in an affirmation of "truth" of the new religious branch of Christianity (Protestant) in opposition to the "old" Pope's and money oriented Catholic branch through the "new" Reformation. Unlike the usual process, where I'm usually inspired a message from the music, this morning I woke up early with a strong intimate sense that I had to share a message from within (Mella collective) that was complemented by the high frequency of the two pieces of music, the background iconography and the collage I created in this CIT session. This message is one that I needed to hear myself as well. I shot this photo in 2008, in the Promenade Père-Marquette park in Lachine Montreal. It is entitled "Lâcher-prise", meaning "Letting go" in French. It is a shot of a public art sculpture entitled "Monica" by Jules Lasalle. The representation of its fractured skull against a calm background of lawn and gentle-passing clouds reminded me of Zen Buddhist meditation and the letting go and liberation of all attachment to thoughts. I practiced Zen Buddhist meditation for some time, but I always struggled (and still do) with letting go of the busy monkey-mind. It is a process and inner journey for me to accept this patiently with respect and kindness for myself. I always want things to happen now! In this phase of my life, where I have recently crashed in the form of a physical breakdown, partly due to the belated grieving process I'm experiencing with my mom's passing two years ago, I find myself in the great need to let go not only of the passed on person she was, but also of the elements that have antagonized us in our relationship. A need to remain simply in the love of her and me. In my autobiography in poetic prose in French entitled "Bleu", I've often used the image of the passing clouds as a mean of translating the passing thoughts in the mind. My life was radically changed, when I discovered three leading figures in exopolitcs, ET contacts and disclosure. I first discovered Elena Danaan in 2020, than Alex Collier and Dr Michael Salla. For at least 4 years now, these crucial figures (and many others) in the disclosure of what has been happening on Terra (Earth) for millennia have exponentially contributed to bring lost and hidden knowledge that all Terrans should be aware of.
