In this video, I'll share my top home remedies for getting rid of a white tongue quickly and naturally. These are easy solutions you can do right in your own home with everyday ingredients.
First, try brushing your tongue when you brush your teeth. Using a toothbrush or tongue scraper can remove some of the buildup on your tongue. Make sure to brush the very back of your tongue, too. Do this a few times a day to keep your tongue cleaner.
You can also try using baking soda. Mix a bit of baking soda with some water to make a paste. Then, use your toothbrush to scrub this paste on your tongue. The baking soda has a mild abrasive quality that can scrape away residue. Please don't overdo it, as too much scrubbing can hurt your tongue.
Staying hydrated and drinking plenty of water is key as well. This will thin out saliva and prevent dry mouth, which reduces tongue plaque buildup. Try swishing some water around your mouth after eating to cleanse your tongue quickly.
