We also defeated Sephiroth and won the Titan Paradox Cup at Olympus Coliseum during the second half of the stream. In this stream we are going to continue with the postgame content, taking on the Absent Silhouettes, the five Organization XIII members who we previously defeated in Re:Chain of Memories. We also ended up clearing the Cavern of Remembrance, obtaining all of the remaining maps, and solving the final puzzle during the second half of the stream. Welcome to an unboxing of the Limited Edition of The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie. I am still relatively new to the Trails series and at this point have only played through the Sky trilogy, so please forgive any mispronunciations or confusion about the characters that I have yet to meet. I loved the Trails in the Sky trilogy so much that I thought I might as well pick this up while I can even if it means having to wait another year or so until I eventually get caught up with the other games. Anyway, this is an excellent limited edition especially for hardcore fans of the Trails series. It includes the game, cd, steelbook, novel based on two new characters, Nadia and Swin, an amazing artbook (spoilers galore lol), and some kind of standee art print. I am looking forward to continuing my journey with the Trails series and will be starting Trails from Zero very soon. In the last stream we completed Space Paranoids and watched a very wholesome scene with Tron, then we learned the truth about Hollow Bastion and how it used to be called Radiant Garden, challenged and got utterly embarrassed by Sephiroth, completed the remaining Gummi Ship missions obtaining all of the remaining trophies associated with that minigame in the process, and then finally made our way over to Twilight Town. Welcome to my initial thoughts on Yakuza: Like A Dragon! This game was developed by Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio, published by Sega, and released in 2020 on the PS4, PS5, Xbox, and PC. After spending around 15 hours and making it up to Chapter 4, I thought that I should do a video like this because there is just so much to talk about and I have a feeling that this is going to end up being a close to 100 hour game for me. lol This game is essentially a turn based rpg crossed over with Grand Theft Auto taking place in Japan. There is just so much to do, from fighting enemies in turn BASED combat, to enhancing your bonds with party members, a la Persona, to participating in some of the most well made minigames and sidequests I have ever seen, such as Dragon Kart (an obvious parody of Mario Kart), can collecting, and even a minigame that has you attempting to stay awake during a movie. Trust me, it is great. I refrained from talking much about the main story other than the names of party members and that one cutscene with Ichiban and Nanba, which I thought was fantastic. "A dream is what keeps you going!" If you enjoyed this video, please let me know if you would like me to do something similar to this when I make it to the midway point in the game. Welcome to my story recap/review of The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC! Developed by Nihon Falcom and originally released in 2006, Trails in the Sky SC is the direct sequel to Trails in the Sky FC. The protagonists from the first game, Estelle and Joshua Bright have gone their separate ways with Joshua off to fight Ouroboros alone, while Estelle reunites with all of her old friends from the first game on a quest to find Joshua and stop Ouroboros together. This game is an absolute masterpiece and as I said during the beginning of my video, has become one of my favorite games of all time with Estelle Bright becoming my favorite female protagonist of all time. I don't script my videos and recorded this immediately after completing the game which is why it went on a bit longer then expected, but what more can I say? The game took my over 90 hours to beat, so I needed some time to explain myself. lol I had such a great time playing this game and then recording and editing this video. I hope you enjoy it! At the 06:22 mark I go into spoilers about the ending of FC (I have to in order to talk about this game) and at the 31:20 mark I go into heavy spoilers for this game. Welcome to my thoughts on the June 2023 Nintendo Direct! There were so many great announcements, especially if you are a jrpg fan. I have already pre-ordered my copy of Star Ocean: The Second Story R (on the PS4 of course). I am also looking forward to playing the Super Mario RPG remake and Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince at some point. While I am not much of a fan of games outside of my jrpg bubble, I will say that Pikmin 4 looks cool and I am tempted to replay Pikmin 1 and 2. Super Mario Wonder also looks like a lot of fun.
