Wine Tasting 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Force and Grace from Joseph Carr

I am convinced the sugar plum fairy exists and decided to make this wine its personal favorite because plums were overpowering on both the nose and palette. While there was a hint of spice if you don't like plums, you may not like this wine. Does it need to be aged more? Perhaps, though I can't say I will be convinced at least for this vintage.
