Cheesy Cornbread
Ingredients

1 & ½ cups of Cream (or milk)
1 & ½ cups of course Corn Meal ( Fine )
3 Eggs
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
¼ teaspoon of Salt
¼ cup of Butter
1 cup of Cheese (Any cheese)

The course cornmeal has a more gritty texture than the fine cornmeal. You can use either type to create this recipe. If you add the cheese into the mix while whisking the texture and taste are noticeably different. Both are tasty, but the one with the cheese added on top is more gritty.
